Job Description

As an Anaesthetic Practitioner - Team Leader at Circle Flex, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and effective anaesthetic care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will lead a team of skilled anaesthetic practitioners, ensuring that all patients receive the highest standard of care throughout their time at Shirley Oaks Hospital.

Working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for assessing patients' anaesthetic needs, preparing and administering anaesthesia, and monitoring patients' vital signs during surgery. You will also be expected to provide support and guidance to junior staff members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in the field of anaesthesia.

Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to keep accurate records of patients' anaesthetic care and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the operating theatre.

This position is temporary, with a start date of 03/07/2026 and an end date of 03/07/2026. The shift will start at 12:30:00 and end at 18:00:00, providing you with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients during your time at Circle Flex.
